hi there.i suppose every incident has some reason behind it . if the
feeling is damn painful u should not remember those memories in fact
these are not memories or feelings actually they act as a scars . u
should assume that ur partner left u bcoz he sensed there was someone
more better and good than him who was about to enter ur life. by the
way even u should assume the same and i m sure u will get ur prince/
princess charming much better than the previous one. so good luck |

The end of a relationship can bring pain in so many ways. We can hurt in places we didn't even know existed. Mostly, though, this pain stems from the fact that we had invested so much in the other. Losing the relationship, then, feels like losing a part of ourselves. |

It’s very normal to feel sad and depressed after a break-up. That
goes with the territory and the time period can be different for each
individual. But, if these feelings have been with you for an extended
period of time, they may be an indication you need to make changes in
your life.
Valuable lessons can be learned from all experiences - even those
from a break-up. Sometimes in the worst struggles we find our greatest
strength. Break-ups hurt. The reality is, continuously drowning in
depression and reliving the relationship and the break-up wastes so
many precious moments of your life. Life is short and it’s better to
move on to a new chapter for your well-being. Plz
Be careful make new friends and your relationship............

In this Janam or pichle mein i Guess  As For Breakups.... After the initial blues... Sense of relief n peace.... The first few days or weeks after a break up are especially the most painful of all -- the pain feels like it'll never end.
-- You cry a lot
-- You feel lost and alone
-- Everything you see and hear reminds you of him/her and your time together
-- You feel hopeless and have a hard time imagining a happy future
-- You lose your appetite and interest in everyday activities
-- You feel real pain and ache in your heart -- intense sadness, jealousy, disappointment, rage, or even downright denial.
-- Your body aches all over and you have cramps, nausea, and dizziness.
-- You keep replaying the painful moments of the break-up
-- You feel sorry for yourself
